Restorative Yoga Sessions

Hey everyone,

I've started having a restorative yoga session in at the Lacona Community hall on the first Sunday of the month at 7pm. This is no judgement, start and finish on the floor, no more then 12 of us for anyone who needs stress relief or is curious about yoga, but not sure about wanting to go to a class. Cost is $25.00 first session which includes an eye pillow for you to keep then $20.00 after that and bring the eye pillow back for savasana. $10.00 for those who are 60 and older. Wear your comfy clothes and bring your favorite blanket for an ending that you will love and appreciate.:)
